How it is handled
Your enquiry is emailed to our team and a copy is kept on our web server so that it is not lost. The website is hosted in Hong Kong. We do not share your details with anyone else except service providers who help us run the website and email, and where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to respond and to manage the relationship that follows.
